My Favorite Pets
Another pet I have is my rabbit, Dexter. He is light brown with a white stripe down his head, and a white chest. His tail is light and fluffy, (Not to mention soft.) So besides the tarantulas, I have Dexter. He is fun to play with. I like to go outside and read with him beside me. I love Dexter!
This is how I got Dexter... One day, we went on a trip to Austin to go for lunch at Five Guys. (Five Guys is the best burger place in the world!) After we had a refreshing lunch at Five Guys, we went to an exotic pet store called Zookeepers. It has all kinds of animals there like a sloth. The sloth is not for sale, but is the store pet. I happened to have both the money and supplies for a rabbit. Then I saw him... the perfect bunny. He was perfectly calm and cooperative, plus he had silky smooth fur. It was rather a spur-of-the-moment thing, but I'm glad I bought him. You can visit a website that has exellent infomation about caring for bunnys by Clicking Here. I also suggest that you read the book about rabbits by the author Sue Fox. I think it is part of Animal Planet or something.
